Responsibilities:
As a Recruiter, your broad responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Identify and engage potential new clients, fostering robust relationships and expanding our clientele.
- Maintain and cultivate relationships with existing clients, guaranteeing their recruitment needs are fulfilled with utmost satisfaction.
- Manage all phases of the recruitment process, from candidate sourcing and screening to interviewing and placement.
- Prepare candidates prior to their interviews with clients.
- Utilise diverse platforms and tools to identify top talent and maintain a strong candidate pipeline.
- Evaluate applicants' relevant knowledge, soft skills, experience, and aptitudes.
- Handle recruitment-related administrative duties, ensuring seamless operations and compliance with legal and ethical standards.
- Develop talent pipelines comprising high-potential candidates for future job opportunities.
- Establish and oversee a portfolio of clients, maintaining excellent rapport with them.
- Keep clients informed about hiring statuses and candidate progress.
- Regularly network and participate in various industry-specific events to cultivate existing relationships and forge new ones with clients and candidates.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and market dynamics to inform recruitment strategies and business development endeavours.
Requirements:
- Demonstrated experience in recruitment with an active client and candidate network.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work autonomously while collaborating within the broader business in a fast-paced, startup environment.
- Proficiency in using TeamTailor is advantageous.
- Solid experience using LinkedIn.
