Head of Games

On behalf of our client, a leading casino platform provider in the iGaming sector, we are seeking a Head of Games to join their team and oversee operations across their own brands in multiple jurisdictions.

In this crucial role, you will lead a team of Game Integration Managers, strengthen relationships with game suppliers, and secure commercial agreements, including exclusive content deals. Serving as the primary point of contact between our client's casino platform and game suppliers, you will ensure seamless game integration and elevate the casino offering across all markets and brands.

Location: Hybrid / Remote - Cyprus, Limassol

Responsibilities:

As Head of Games, your broad responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

• Manage and mentor a team of Game Integration Managers to ensure efficient integration processes across all brands and jurisdictions.
• Oversee team performance, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
• Coordinate and manage integrations between the casino platform and game providers, ensuring seamless execution.
• Work closely with the technical team to resolve integration issues, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal functionality.
• Establish and nurture strong relationships with game suppliers, acting as the primary point of contact.
• Secure commercial deals such as exclusive game releases, improved pricing agreements, and innovative partnerships to enhance the gaming portfolio.
  Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align the gaming product strategy with overall business goals.
• Analyse player performance data to optimise game offerings and drive KPIs.
  Ensure all game integrations meet regulatory requirements across various jurisdictions.
• Adapt game offerings to suit the needs and preferences of players in different markets.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in a leadership role within the online gaming or casino industry, ideally focused on game integration or supplier management.
• Strong understanding of the casino ecosystem, including game providers, platforms, and player preferences.
• Demonstrated ability to negotiate and secure commercial agreements with game suppliers.
• Technical aptitude with a solid understanding of API integrations, networking concepts, and game integration lifecycles.
• Exceptional communication and leadership skills, with the ability to manage cross-functional teams and build relationships with external stakeholders.

Key Skills:

• Experience with integration tools and technologies such as Jenkins, Git, Jira, Postman, and MongoDB.
• Data-driven approach with strong analytical skills to assess and optimise gaming KPIs.
• Fluency in English, with additional language skills considered a plus.
