We are seeking an experienced and proactive SEO Manager to develop and implement effective search strategies, ensuring optimal performance across a portfolio of global iGaming brands. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong technical SEO expertise and a comprehensive understanding of the iGaming sector.

Location: Hybrid / Remote; Malta

Responsibilities:

As SEO Manager, your broad responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

• Lead organic search projects for global iGaming brands.
• Develop and implement SEO strategies that align with business goals and drive traffic growth.
• Identify opportunities to optimise organic performance and improve funnel conversion rates.
• Recommend and implement technical updates to improve crawlability and rankings.
• Monitor site health using tools like Google Search Console and Screaming Frog.
  Create content briefs, conduct keyword research, and optimise on-page elements for SEO.
• Collaborate with external content creators and link-building agencies to deliver quality campaigns.
• Support off-page SEO initiatives, including identifying and executing link-building opportunities.
• Analyse search metrics and traffic data to track performance and identify optimisation opportunities.
• Prepare detailed reports on rankings, traffic, and campaign effectiveness for stakeholders.
• Stay updated on industry trends and algorithm updates to maintain a competitive edge.
• Ensure all SEO and content practices comply with relevant regulations.
• Maintain consistent messaging across campaigns in line with brand and legal requirements.

Requirements:

• Demonstrated expertise in SEO within the iGaming industry, specifically in Casino or Sportsbook.
• Proven experience managing and optimising SEO projects for international markets.
  Comprehensive knowledge of organic search and the factors influencing ranking algorithms.
• Advanced proficiency with SEO tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, Majestic, Screaming Frog, and Google Analytics.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
  Strong leadership capabilities, including successfully managing and developing high-performing teams.
• Highly organised, self-motivated, and adept at managing multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
