On behalf of our client, a leading company within the iGaming industry, we are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Affiliate Manager to join their growing team. Our client is known for their innovation, collaboration, and delivering exceptional value to their customers and partners. As part of their continued expansion, they are looking for a results-driven Affiliate Manager to support their Head of Affiliates in managing and growing their affiliate programme.
As an Affiliate Manager, you will play a key role in recruiting new affiliates, building and maintaining strong relationships, and ensuring affiliate partners optimise their performance to meet targets. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone passionate about affiliate marketing and teamwork, looking to make a significant impact in a fast-paced environment.
Location: Hybrid from Malta (2-3 Days in Office)
Responsibilities:
As Affiliate Manager, your broad responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Identify and recruit new affiliate partners, while nurturing and maintaining strong relationships with existing affiliates.
- Monitor key performance indicators daily to ensure volumes, control costs, and optimise ROI.
- Build solid relationships with affiliates and provide regular communication to support their success.
- Negotiate affiliate commission structures and partnership terms.
- Ensure that agreed-upon exposure and traffic volumes with affiliates are met.
- Collaborate with internal teams such as fraud prevention, acquisition, retention, customer service, analytics, and finance.
- Attend gaming industry events when required to represent the affiliate programme.
- Handle operational tasks independently as part of your role.
- Report on performance and align strategies directly with the Head of Affiliates.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Affiliate Manager, Affiliate Marketing Specialist, or a similar role.
- Strong ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams to achieve shared objectives.
- Experience with affiliate marketing tools and managing affiliate partnerships.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Familiarity with the affiliate marketing landscape, particularly in markets such as Canada, New Zealand, Brazil, or LATAM, is a plus.
- A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred.
