HR & Office Manager
On behalf of our client, we’re seeking a HR and Office Manager to join a leading iGaming company. This hybrid role, based in Malta, offers an exciting opportunity to drive and shape global compliance strategy.
We are seeking an experienced and proactive HR and Office Manager to support our client's Malta office and its employees. This pivotal role is focused on ensuring a smooth and compliant work environment, fostering an excellent employee experience, and maintaining efficient office operations. The ideal candidate will bring a hands-on approach, a mix of HR expertise and office management skills, to support the company’s growth and culture.
Location: Malta, Gzira.
Work Arrangement: Hybrid (3 days in the office per week, with flexibility to increase based on business needs).
Responsibilities:
As HR & Office Manager, your broad responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
HR Functions:
- Own all HR processes, including recruitment, onboarding & offboarding.
- Maintain HR policies, procedures, and ensure compliance with laws and company standards.
- Administer employee benefits, payroll processing, and leave management.
- Plan training and development programs to enhance employee skills and engagement.
- Maintain accurate HR Systems, HR records and documentation, ensuring confidentiality and compliance to applicable legislation.
- Act as a trusted advisor to employees and managers on employee relations issues.
- Lead conflict resolution efforts and provide guidance on disciplinary actions.
- Drive performance management processes, including goal setting and performance reviews.
Office Management:
- Oversee the day-to-day running of the Malta office, including supplier
- Ensure smooth office operations, including facilities management and vendor coordination.
- Coordinate office maintenance including compliance to health and safety.
- Organise company events, and team-building activities.
- Serve as the point of contact for office-related inquiries and issues.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in HR and office management roles.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
