Senior Program Manager – Corporate Projects

We are seeking a Senior Program Manager – Corporate Projects to join a leading iGaming company based in Malta. This role is responsible for overseeing the successful delivery of corporate projects across Finance, HR, Legal, and Compliance functions. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in managing business-critical projects that enhance efficiency, regulatory compliance, financial control, and data accuracy.

Work Arrangement: Malta, Hybrid (2-3 days in the office per week)

Responsibilities:

As Senior Program Manager – Corporate Projects, your broad responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

• Oversee the end-to-end management of corporate projects, ensuring successful planning, execution, and completion in line with business objectives.
• Act as the primary liaison for key internal stakeholders, facilitating communication and collaboration across departments.
• Ensure all initiatives align with regulatory, financial, and corporate governance frameworks by working closely with Legal, Compliance, and Finance teams.
• Proactively identify potential risks, develop mitigation strategies, and implement contingency plans where necessary.
• Provide regular progress updates and detailed reports to senior leadership, ensuring transparency and accountability in project execution.
• Continuously refine project management methodologies, frameworks, and governance structures to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Lead cross-functional teams, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and excellence in project delivery.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of project management experience, with a proven track record in delivering complex corporate projects within Finance, HR, Legal, or Compliance. 
• PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or an equivalent project management certification is preferred.
• Strong understanding of financial regulations, corporate governance, and legal compliance frameworks.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and effectively engage with senior stakeholders. 
• Analytical mindset with the ability to navigate complex challenges and drive strategic solutions.
• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira) and financial/legal compliance systems.
