Our client is a leading online lead generation company specialising in highly competitive verticals, including iGaming, Financials, Health, and Communications. They are currently seeking a performance-driven and creative Media Buyer with hands-on experience in paid social as well as programmatic, native, display, push, and pop traffic sources within the iGaming space.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in user acquisition, digital ad buying, and conversion optimisation, and will thrive in fast-paced, data-driven environments. This role requires strategic thinking, an entrepreneurial mindset, and the ability to drive scale through performance-focused campaigns.
This position involves full ownership of campaign planning, execution, and optimisation to generate high-quality leads. You will be working closely with designers, developers, and content teams to align ad creatives, landing pages, and funnels for maximum impact. A passion for digital growth, experimentation, and hitting ROI targets is key to success in this role.
Location: Malta or Spain (hybrid)
Responsibilities:
As Media Buyer, your core responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Plan, launch, and optimise paid media campaigns across Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Programmatic, Native, Display, Push, and Pop platforms.
- Continuously test creatives, bidding strategies, and audience targeting to maximise lead quality and ROI.
- Collaborate with designers, developers, and content specialists to ensure cohesive ad creatives, landing pages, and funnels.
- Analyse campaign performance data to identify trends and apply insights that drive profitable scaling.
- Manage and allocate campaign budgets efficiently across multiple traffic sources and partners.
- Source, negotiate, and maintain strong relationships with traffic networks, DSPs, and other media platforms.
- Produce regular reports with performance insights, learnings, and optimisation plans for senior stakeholders.
- Monitor competitor activity and stay updated on new media buying tools, platforms, and trends.
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of hands-on experience in Media Buying or performance marketing, ideally within the iGaming or lead generation industry.
- Proven success managing and scaling campaigns across Paid Social (Meta/Facebook) and multiple other channels, including Native, Programmatic, Push, Pop, and Display.
- Strong understanding of tracking and attribution platforms (e.g., Voluum, RedTrack, Everflow).
- Solid experience with A/B testing, creative iteration, and landing page optimisation.
- Comfortable developing new campaign angles and collaborating on creative briefs.
- Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple campaigns, budgets, and partners simultaneously.
- Familiarity with basic HTML, WordPress, and conversion funnel best practices is a plus.
- Fluent in English with strong written and verbal communication skills.
