Our client is an innovative, product-driven IT company at the forefront of the iGaming industry, developing advanced sportsbook solutions that are reshaping the world of sports, esports, and virtual betting. As they continue their global expansion, they are seeking a target-oriented and strategic Business Development Manager to drive growth, establish long-term partnerships, and help take their business to the next level.
This is a high-impact role that requires a hands-on, motivated professional with deep experience in the iGaming space, especially with operators within Sportsbook. You’ll take ownership of the full sales cycle, identifying new opportunities, closing deals, and helping shape the future of a next-gen betting product.

Responsibilities:
As Business Development Manager, your broad responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Own and manage the full sales cycle – from prospecting and pipeline management to negotiation and contract closing.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities across global markets, with a focus on Europe and LatAm.
- Develop and execute market-driven strategies aligned with revenue targets and company growth objectives.
- Analyse deal flows, special opportunities, and overdue activities to maintain a high-performance pipeline.
- Conduct comprehensive market research to stay ahead of industry trends and customer needs.
- Represent the company at key industry events, exhibitions, and conferences.
- Deliver regular reporting (weekly, monthly, quarterly) on sales performance and forecasts to senior stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in business development, sales, or partnerships within the iGaming industry, with a proven record of contract acquisition and client success.
- Strong network and knowledge of operators in the Sportsbook or broader online betting ecosystem.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken. Additional languages are a plus.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a collaborative, team-oriented mindset.
- Hands-on experience with CRM tools and sales tracking platforms is advantageous.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, remote-first environment and managing cross-border relationships.
