Our client, a fast-growing online casino startup preparing for a new market launch, is seeking a Performance Marketing Manager to take full ownership of paid media strategy and execution. This is a rare opportunity to join at the very beginning of the journey and shape the brand’s acquisition engine from the ground up.
The successful candidate will combine deep expertise in digital media buying with a data-driven mindset and the ability to scale campaigns across multiple channels. This role is ideal for a hands-on, entrepreneurial professional with strong commercial acumen and a proven track record of delivering ROI in iGaming or online entertainment.

Responsibilities:
As a Performance Marketing Manager, your broad responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Design and execute a multi-channel performance marketing strategy covering programmatic, display, paid social, search, and retargeting.
- Take full ownership of media buying, including campaign planning, setup, optimisation, and scaling.
- Define, track, and optimise campaigns against key KPIs such as acquisition cost, ROI, and player LTV.
- Run retargeting and reactivation campaigns to drive engagement and maximise long-term value.
- Collaborate closely with product, CRM, and creative teams to align on messaging, assets, and audience segmentation.
- Build and maintain reporting dashboards to monitor spend, performance, and efficiency across all channels.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, new tools, and competitor activity to continuously refine acquisition strategies.
- Represent the brand at key iGaming and digital marketing events, building partnerships with networks, agencies, and tech providers.
Requirements:
- Minimum 4 years’ experience in performance marketing within iGaming, casino, or online entertainment.
- Strong hands-on expertise in programmatic buying, DSPs, paid social, and display networks.
- Excellent knowledge of acquisition funnels, retargeting strategies, and ROI optimisation.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to turn complex data into actionable insights. Experience with tracking platforms, attribution tools, and performance analytics dashboards.
- Commercially driven, with a strong focus on profitability and sustainable growth. Fluent in English; Finnish is a strong plus.
- Entrepreneurial approach, self-starter mentality, and comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Willingness to travel for industry events as required.
