Casino Slot Producer / Game Producer

Our client is a casino game studio focused on creating high quality, engaging online slot games. They are creators at heart. This role sits at the centre of creativity, product ownership, and game quality, with approximately 20 percent of the responsibilities focused on broader product and roadmap ownership.

As Casino Slot Produce, you will own the full lifecycle of each game, from initial concept through to final release. You will work closely with the Chief Product Officer, game designers, mathematicians, art, and commercial stakeholders to ensure every game meets both creative and commercial standards.

Responsibilities:

As Casino Slot Producer, your broad responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

• Full ownership of game quality across the entire development lifecycle

• Develop, define, and evolve game concepts, themes, and core mechanics

• Lead decision making on game vision and mechanics in close collaboration with the Chief Product Officer

• Own and manage the game roadmap, including planning, communication, updates, and follow ups

• Create, maintain, and approve Game Design Documents and all supporting game documentation

• Oversee game mathematics and mechanics from requirements through to final approval

• Create and maintain bet level tables for each game

• Act as the main point of contact for internal stakeholders regarding game releases and roadmap planning

• Collect stakeholder feedback, manage approvals, and ensure alignment before release

• Provide clear and timely information to the Marketing team ahead of upcoming game launches

• Own the quarterly roadmap and ensure successful execution against agreed priorities

• Communicate a clear creative and product vision to the Art team, approving concepts together with the Chief Product Officer

• Work closely with the Art Manager to review and approve assets, symbols, and logos

• Translate stakeholder feedback into actionable tasks in collaboration with the Game Delivery Manager and Delivery Manager

• Oversee User Acceptance Testing for each game prior to release

• Review and provide input on sound design to ensure alignment with the overall game vision

• Support Business Account Management with materials and information as required

• Conduct final game reviews before release to ensure all stakeholders are aligned and satisfied

Requirements:

• At least three years of experience as a Product Owner, Game Producer, Product Manager, or in a similar role

• Experience within iGaming is strongly preferred

• Hands on experience with slot games or RNG based products is a strong advantage

• Solid understanding of game design principles, player behaviour, and monetisation mechanics

• Strong communication skills and the ability to bridge creative and commercial teams

• Analytical mindset with a genuine interest in understanding what makes players engage and return

• Self driven, structured, and comfortable working in a creative, fast moving environment
