Chief Operating Officer
A well established international iGaming operator is seeking an experienced Chief Operations Officer to lead and develop its global Operations function.
This executive leadership role will oversee a large operational organisation and play a key role in driving operational excellence across the business. The successful candidate will focus on improving efficiency, increasing automation, and strengthening the overall customer experience across multiple brands and markets.
A key focus of the role will be to analyse existing operational processes, identify inefficiencies or opportunities for improvement, and introduce technology driven solutions that enhance automation, increase productivity, and strengthen operational margins. The COO will also serve as the main Operations representative within the executive leadership team, ensuring that operational priorities remain aligned with the company’s overall strategic direction.

Responsibilities:
As Chief Operating Officer, your broad responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
Strategy Definition and Delivery
Define and implement the company’s Operations Strategy, ensuring it supports the organisation’s commercial and regulatory objectives.
Establish clear performance frameworks, including the use of OKRs, to measure operational performance and drive accountability across teams.
Ensure strong collaboration between Operations and other departments across the business.
Operational Excellence
Improving operational efficiency and margins
Reducing manual processes through automation
Implementing AI driven tools where appropriate
Strengthening internal workflows and operational scalability
Customer Experience Optimisation
Work across operational teams to identify opportunities to improve the overall customer journey and reduce friction across key touchpoints.
Areas of focus may include payments, withdrawals, support interactions, and customer lifecycle communications.
The goal is to deliver a seamless and efficient customer experience that strengthens long term player engagement.
Executive Leadership
Act as the Operations representative within the C Level leadership team.
Ensure operational insights and performance metrics are clearly communicated to leadership and that operational strategy remains aligned with wider business objectives.
Champion a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence across the organisation.
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of C Level experience within the gaming or iGaming industry
At least 5 years of experience in senior Operations leadership roles
Proven experience managing large operational teams
Strong understanding of operational functions within an online gaming environment
Experience implementing automation, operational improvements, and technology driven efficiency initiatives
The successful candidate will combine strong strategic leadership with a hands on approach to operational optimisation.
Highly analytical, focused on systems thinking, and comfortable challenging existing processes in order to drive meaningful improvements across the organisation.
A strong focus on efficiency, automation, and continuous improvement will be essential.
